I’m Back with DIY Products!

I wasn’t able to update this blog for quite sometime. I’ve been busy with the National Convention 2014. Said Convention was held at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC). During the same week, I had an allergic attack so I rest, rest, and rest to recuperate. Now that I am doing fine, I am finally back to my regular routine.

Anyway, during the first week of May, I posted the box from Memory Crafters that I received.

photo1photo3WOW! A whole box intended for Arts and Crafts! How happy is that!!! I enjoyed doing the different projects inside the box! Memory Crafters provided an instruction guide but I’m glad that they gave an allowance for the crafters to explore their creativity. I gave my projects a twist to make it more personal! So here are the projects that I made!

product one

I made a small bag and labelled it as “DIY”

instead of making a garland, I made a necklace that would serve as one of my casual accessories

...and my favorite! The personalized eco-bag that I painted! :) I already used it in the supermarket! :)

…and my favorite! The personalized eco-bag that I painted! 🙂 Since plastic is out and eco-bag is in, I can use it whenever I buy my groceries! 🙂

I enjoyed the painting part but the hand-sewing requires patience. 🙂 🙂 🙂 It somehow teaches you that if you want to do something beautiful, you need to be diligent and patient in doing it. Just like in life, you can’t attain success in just a snap of a finger. You need to work for it.

Finishing the projects is such a delightful achievement!!!

How about you? Tell me about your exploration with do-it-yourself projects! 🙂
