The Happy Organics

I am a fan of organic products. Hence, it is such a delight to receive some organic skin-care products from Michelle Roque, the entrepreneurial mom behind The Happy Organics .

The Happy Organics

Inspired by a good friend’s success in the online selling industry, Michelle researched and looked for things to sell herself. The idea of starting an organic body care shop seemed a good idea but she was not satisfied with the products readily available. She researched profusely and eventually decided to study organic soap and spa product making herself. Admittedly, it started out as just another business venture for this mom. She started her skin care line with organic hand made soaps made of finest oils and pure botanical extracts and she was amazed on the feedback she got from her customers. Her beauty soaps did not only smoothen and brighten their skin but also healed skin conditions.

She now has a number of distributors all over Metro Manila and in some provinces. From a business that started with only hand made soaps, The Happy Organics now has a total of 20 products including all-natural, SLES and Paraben free shampoos, conditioners, deodorant, cream, lotion, scrubs, feminine wash, lip tints, bug spray and massage oil.

Let me share with you the products that I received from The Happy Organics and my personal review after using said products for almost two (2) months:

Char-Clay Purifying Toner

char clay toner

An all natural cleanser that effectively detoxifies, deep cleanses, dries up pimples and lightens acne marks.

Upon putting the toner on the cotton pad, I immediately noticed black powdery substance that comes along with the liquid parts. The black powdery substance is the activated charcoal and volcanic ash clay. This toner also has vitamins A and C, tea tree oil. I have a sensitive skin and I breakout easily. I’m glad that I did not experience acne breakout when I used this product. Let me add that it really cleanses my skin!

Honey Oatmeal Goat’s Milk Soap

goat's milk bar

The ultimate ‘comfort food’ of soaps. The soothing oatmeal gently exfoliates as the honey traps and seals in moisture leaving skin soft and supple. Goat milk is rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals. It also contains alpha-hydroxy acids such as lactic acid which removes dead skin cells from the skin’s surface which helps reveal a brighter and healthier skin. Goat milk, one of nature’s finest moisturizers, also lends a rich, creamy, silky quality to the lather creating a gentle natural facial and body soap. Fortified with Vit E for added richness and emollient.

I set aside my regular body wash to try this Honey Oatmeal Goat’s Milk Soap. I’m glad that I tried it! It cleanses without stripping my skin of its natural oils. What can go wrong with honey, oatmeal, and goat’s milk??? …and yes, I can feel the oatmeal as I rub the soap on my body. It’s LEGIT!

Moroccan Argan and Shea Butter Dead Sea Salt Scrub

shea butter

Just a whiff of this superb smelling scrub is enough to take all your stress away!

Experience all the amazing skin benefits of liquid gold (Argan Oil) of Morocco and dead sea salt in one nourishing scrub. Combined with nutrient oils that are rich in antioxidants for more anti-aging benefits that improve skin’s elasticity, making your skin look younger, radiant and healthy.

This is so far my FAVORITE!!! I personally am a believer of the benefits of Moroccan Argan Oil! In fact, I have a bottle of this liquid gold for my face. I’ve been using it for almost a year already. Yun nga lang sa face lang kasi mahal… 🙂 Just imagine my delight when I saw this wonderful, wonderful scrub! Aside from Argan oil, it also has real lavender oil, olive oil, grape seed oil, sunflower oil and sweet almond oil! WOW! WOW! WOW!

I am now a FAN!!! I use it once a week to exfoliate my skin. It is such a happy bath time whenever I use it. It makes my skin soft, smooth, supple, and moisturized!

I’m happy that these organic products are reasonably priced. You could go to The Happy Organics website to check on their products and prices. I’d have to commend this brand. Very effective. The cure to my dreadful bacne was their seaweed+tea tree bar and noni coco soap.
